Is there a noise ordinance?

A.

Yes, all of Walton County has a noise ordinance of 10 pm. We recommend guests staying with us to be aware of this and keep noise especially on balconies and patios to a minimum after 10 pm.

How far is public beach access?

A.

The closest beach access is less than a mile away which is near the TopSail Hill state park which gives you the feeling that you are on a private island as there are 3 miles of beach that will never be developed. There are also many other beach accesses along 30­A that offer more parking and restrooms.

Beach Towels Provided?

A.

Yes, beach towels are able to be checked out at the front desk, but must be returned before departing in order to not to be charged.

What Time is Check-­ln?

A.

After 3 p.m. We try to accommodate early check­ ins. Check with us to see if the room is available before 3 p.m.  If you plan on arriving after 5:30 pm please notify us ahead of time so we can provide you with check in instructions.

A.

11 a.m. Please check with us if you are requesting a late check out as late check outs without prior approval will be charged accordingly.

What are Office Hours?

A.

  • 9 am. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
  • 10 am to 5:30 p.m. Saturday
  • 10 am to 12 p.m. Sunday

What if there is a Hurricane?

A.

Hurricane Policy: Refunds are for unused days and only in the event of a Government issued Mandatory Evacuation in our area.

Do any of the  properties allow pets?

A.

All of our units are NOT pet friendly. You will be asked to vacate the property and a $150.00 fee will be assessed if a pet belonging to you or a member of your party is sighted on the premises in a non­pet friendly unit. Any evidence of a pet in your rental property or on the premises will result in additional charges.

Are room numbers guaranteed?

A.

No. We will attempt to honor all requests for specific units when you book your reservation, however, no unit request is guaranteed. We reserve the right to change unit assignments at our discretion.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

A.

If canceled or modified later than one week (7) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Full amount of reservation will be charged 7 days before arrival. Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will not incur a penalty. There are no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. If you want the credit card changed before its charged please contact us prior to the 7 days as we do not switch cards after the 7 days. Reservations made on other sites besides 30ASuites.com may or may not have a different Cancellation Policy - please see policy that is stated on the site that reservation was made.

What is your Spring Break Policy?

A.

  1. A Parent must reserve all reservations during spring break.
  2. There must be one (1) parent for every two (2) vacationing guests between the ages of 15 ­ 25.
  3. 30-A Suites will not put a reservation in the name of a vacationing guest(s) age twenty five (25) and under.
  4. If there are any damages to a rental property, the credit card on file will be charged. We will forward copies of the damages and charges to the person who is on file as the guarantor of the reservation.
  5. We must receive a copy of each of the parent’s driver’s license that will be staying in the rental property prior to arrival.
  6. Keys will only be given out during business hours and only to the person whose name the reservation is booked in. No “after hours” check-ins will be allowed during Spring Break time period.
  7. If the parent(s) leave the rental property and are not physically staying there, the occupants will be evicted immediately.
  8. All occupants will be evicted immediately if the Walton County Sheriff’s Department is called to a rental property for any reason.
  9. Eviction will constitute the forfeiture of all monies paid.
