Cancellation Policy: If canceled or modified later than one week (7) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Full amount of reservation will be charged 7 days before arrival. Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will not incur a penalty. There are no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. If you want the credit card changed before its charged please contact us prior to the 7 days as we do not switch cards after the 7 days. Reservations made on other sites besides 30ASuites.com may or may not have a different Cancellation Policy - please see policy that is stated on the site that reservation was made.
Deposit Requirement: Charges will not be placed on a card until 7 days prior to arrival; however, hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards at any time after reservation has been made up to $250 above the total reservation amount. Debit cards can be used but will be pre-authorized an additional $250 in the event there are damages. Please note, this authorization will not allow you to use these funds until the authorization is released (could take up to a couple days).
All properties are NON-SMOKING. An automatic $250 fee will be assessed if a unit has been smoked in. However, more damages may be assessed depending on the extent of the smoke damage.
Check in time is between 3:00PM & 5:00PM CST. Guests checking in later than 5PM must notify 30ASuites in advance. Please note that unavoidable delays may occur during peak season. Your patience will be greatly appreciated. Check-out time is no later than 11:00AM CST. Late departure requests must be granted by the office. Late departures after 11:00AM will be charged appropriately.
Upon check-out, please place check out magnet/hanger on outside of door to notify housekeeping that you have departed. Property should be left in a neat condition.
All of our One bedroom King Suites and Condos are NOT pet friendly. You will be asked to vacate the property if a pet belonging to you or a member of your party is sighted on the premises in a non-pet friendly unit. Any evidence of a pet in your rental property or on the premises will result in additional charges.
30-A Suites requires all reservations to be made by guests 25 years of age or older. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. 30-A Suites reserves the right to change rental property assignments due to unforeseen issues, in the event the property is no longer available, or on our rental program. When you confirm a reservation, a rental property will be assigned; however, no property request is guaranteed. If an unavoidable change becomes necessary, every effort will be made to notify you by mail, e-mail, and/or by telephone.
Please provide the total number of adults and children in your group when making your reservation. Each property lists the number it sleeps. The maximum number of guests per Suite is limited to three (3) persons in a One Bedroom Suite, two (2) persons in a Studio, five (5) persons in our Two Bedroom, and eight (8) in our Four Bedroom Condos. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. You will be required to rent another unit if over the limit. Children of all ages are counted as one occupant. A cleaning fee is assessed on condo rentals less than two nights. A valid credit card number MUST be held on file before your reservation is confirmed.
Please note any damage to the Suite or Condo upon arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability.
30-A Suites reserves the right to charge the credit card, or cards, on file: 1) to reimburse expenses incurred to repair damage, replace missing items, replace furniture or linens soiled by suntan lotion products; 2) to pay for extra cleaning; 3) to pay the unpaid balance on any rental charges or other charges incurred and not otherwise paid for; or 4) for any other charges incurred for violations of the Rental Policy as a result of your stay.
In the event 30-A Suites is required to refer any of the foregoing charges to an attorney for collection, whether or not suit is filed, 30-A Suites will be entitled to recover from you its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in securing payment. In the event a lawsuit becomes necessary for the collection of unpaid charges, venue for any such proceeding will be in Walton County, Florida in the court with appropriate jurisdiction, and you agree to personal jurisdiction in Florida for the non-payment of charges incurred in Florida associated with the rental of a Walton County, Florida property.
Please do not rearrange the furniture, take any items outside that are part of the interior décor or move any furnishing or kitchen items to another property. You will incur a charge if the housekeepers have to rearrange furniture after your stay.
While linens and bath towels are provided in each Suite and Condo, there is no daily maid service included. However, for an additional charge, you may receive limited maid service, which would include the changing of sheets and towels. A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required. Beach Towels are not provided.
No compensation will be given for temporary outage(s) of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet service. Outages will be reported immediately and every effort will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
A Parent must reserve all reservations during spring break.
There must be one (1) parent for every two (2) vacationing guests between the ages of 15 - 25. All guests without a parent present must be 25 years of age.
30-A Suites will not put a reservation in the name of a vacationing guest(s) age twenty five (25) and under.
If there are any damages to a rental property, the credit card on file will be charged. We will forward copies of the damages and charges to the person who is on file as the guarantor of the reservation.
Keys will only be given out during business hours and only to the person whose name the reservation is booked in. No “after hours” check-ins will be allowed during Spring Break time period.
If the parent(s) leave rental property and are not physically staying there, the occupants will be evicted immediately.
All occupants will be evicted immediately if the Walton County Sheriff’s Department is called to a rental property for any reason.
Eviction will constitute the forfeiture of all monies paid.
