30A Inn & Suites – Terms & Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes
Room Rates: All room rates at 30A Inn & Suites are quoted in U.S. Dollars per room, per night, unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary based on season, special events, or promotional offers.
Taxes and Fees: Local, state, and any other mandated taxes or fees will be added to your room rate and displayed on your reservation confirmation. These are subject to change per government regulations.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash payments. Personal checks are not accepted unless pre-approved by management.
Check-in Time: Check-in begins at 4 PM. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur an additional charge.
Check-out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible and may involve an extra fee.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation deadlines and fees. Failure to cancel within the stated timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Traveling with Minors
Age Restrictions: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay. Proof of age may be required at check-in.
Additional Bedding: Cribs may be requested in advance, subject to availability. There are no additional fees associated with this amenity.
4. Accessibility or Special Needs
Accessibility: 30A Inn & Suites is committed to accommodating guests with special needs. If you require accessibility features, please contact us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly.
Service Animals: We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a service animal.
5. Parking
On-Site Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee availability during peak seasons.
Liability: Guests park at their own risk. 30A Inn & Suites is not liable for damage to or theft of vehicles parked on our property.
6. Noise Policy
While we make every effort to keep noise to a minimum, events may occasionally result in elevated noise levels. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a comfortable stay.
7. Dispute Resolution/Issues
Complaints and Concerns: We encourage guests to contact our on-site management immediately with any issues so we can work to resolve them.
Arbitration: If any dispute cannot be resolved directly, you agree to submit to arbitration under applicable laws in our jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Use of Personal Information
Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, address, payment details) for reservation and billing purposes.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or to facilitate payment processing.
9. Liability
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property during their stay.
Hotel Responsibility: 30A Inn & Suites will not be held liable for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of our hotel or staff.
10. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other emergencies), 30A Inn & Suites is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these terms.
11. Third Party Rights
These Terms & Conditions are for the sole benefit of our guests and 30A Inn & Suites. No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these terms.
12. Waiver
Failure or delay by 30A Inn & Suites to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.
13. Severance
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
14. Non-Smoking Policy
Non-Smoking Rooms: 30A Inn & Suites is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other similar products) is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.
Violation Fee: A penalty of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file if smoking is detected in your room or any indoor areas of the property.
15. Occupancy
Registered Guests Only: The maximum room occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation. No additional guests are allowed in the property.
Identification: All guests may be required to present valid identification at check-in to confirm the number of registered occupants.
16. Pet Policy
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property, with the sole exception of service animals as defined by applicable law.
There's a $100 pet fee per animal for authorized pets that are non-service animals. This fee is applied to emotional support animals also.
Violation Fee: If a non-service animal is found in any room or on the property, a $250 fee will be charged to the credit card on file to cover cleaning and sanitization.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy carefully, as exceptions are rarely granted. To avoid any misunderstandings, please take note of the following terms:
- Standard Cancellation Window
Cancellations or modifications (including shortening the length of stay) made up to 14 days prior to 4:00 p.m. local time on the scheduled arrival date incur no penalty and any deposit collected will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.
- Non-Refundable Period
Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows received within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. The full room and tax for the entire reserved stay will be charged and is not transferable to alternate dates.
- Advance-Purchase & Promotional Rates
Reservations booked under advance-purchase, holiday, or promotional rates are fully non-refundable and non-changeable from the moment of booking, regardless of the arrival date. Please review rate-specific terms at the time of reservation.
- Early Departure
Guests who depart before their confirmed check-out date will be charged for the unused nights in accordance with the same 14-day non-refundable rule.
- Group & Event Bookings
Group contracts may carry different cancellation deadlines and deposit requirements. Refer to your group agreement for details; where unspecified, this 14-day policy applies.
- How to Cancel or Modify
All changes must be submitted in writing:
• Direct bookings – email info@adamantium-hotels.com or call +1 (708) 797-7525.
• Third-party/OTA bookings – use the channel where the reservation was made; OTA policies govern.
- Force Majeure
The hotel reserves the right to waive penalties, at its sole discretion, for cancellations directly resulting from government-mandated travel restrictions or declared natural disasters impacting travel to our destination. Supporting documentation may be required.
